Nestled in a leafy Camberwell backyard, this custom-built pool by Laguna is all about subtle sophistication and functional design. Measuring 6m in length and tapering from 2.5m to 5m in width, it’s a tailored solution for a compact yet dynamic outdoor area, offering both visual impact and everyday usability.
A deep bench seat lines the interior, enhanced by integrated spa jets that add a touch of therapeutic luxury without compromising the clean-lined simplicity of the pool form. The inclusion of a Maytronics ozone swim system supports superior water clarity with reduced chemical use – ideal for a family lifestyle focused on wellness and ease.
Visually, the pool makes a striking impression thanks to the soft shimmer of CMC 580 gunmetal blue mosaic tiles by The Pool Tile Company, perfectly offset by pale grey coping and warm timber decking. The material selection is refined but restrained – adding elegance without overwhelming the lush, established garden surrounds.
A glass balustrade maintains safety without interrupting sightlines, and wide timber steps provide a seamless flow between the elevated pool zone and lower garden. The result is a beautifully tiered backyard where every corner has been considered – from the poolside lounges and sun chairs to the shaded retreat and alfresco entertaining area.
This is outdoor living that feels both relaxed and refined – a true extension of the home designed for connection, comfort and calm.
