Real Project Highlight: Designed for all ages in Doreen
Positioned on a generous half-acre block in Doreen, this custom-designed pool and landscape transformed a once underused backyard into the heart of family life.
The brief was clear: to create a connected outdoor space where the active family could come together, relax, and enjoy time outside all year round. Working closely with Laguna’s Landscape Designer, the plan evolved to include a striking 15 x 5-metre pool with a curved form, 12-metre infinity edge and an elevated spa – all integrated into a landscape that flows directly from the home.
A 2.5-metre beach entry creates a safe and welcoming space for young swimmers, while the raised spa and generous pool proportions offer room to unwind, play or gather with friends. The pool is fully tiled in soft blush-toned mosaics that shimmer with the changing light – chosen not just for their visual beauty, but for their warmth and sense of joy.
Curved decking, sub-tropical planting and a custom steel canopy continue the sense of flow throughout the space – creating a garden that invites movement, connection and shared moments.
For this family, it’s become more than just a pool – it’s the setting for birthdays, long weekends, quiet dips and noisy afternoons. A place to connect and a space to grow.
