Nestled in its own secluded paradise, this breathtaking 1.8-acre rural coastal property boasts sweeping sea views that encompass Western Port and Flinders. The sprawling gardens, mature trees, and hedges set the stage for a stunning outdoor sanctuary – a vision that the discerning owners had in mind.
At the centre of this stunning property is a beautifully designed Laguna pool with an integrated spa, that makes a bold statement alongside the newly added house extension, whilst seamlessly integrating with the original weatherboard home.
Adorned with exquisite ceramic pool tiles and a natural stone edge, the pool and integrated spa blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Adjoining the existing outdoor entertainment space and newly added house extension, a native Australian curved hardwood fence adds to the pool’s architectural appeal, transforming this property into a modern-day coastal sanctuary.
Designed in principle by the prestigious Richard Kerr Architects, Laguna Pools brought the owner’s pool vision to life.
Transformed by its modern renovation and stunning pool addition, this rural coastal retreat has become an even more exceptional holiday destination where adult children and grandchildren alike will be eagerly drawn throughout the year.
