Laguna. Pools with Purpose.
Laguna, Melbourne’s most recognised pool construction company, is honoured to be named by top-industry body, SPASA, as Australia’s Best Concrete Pool Builder for 2025.
In just nine years, we’ve received more than 140 awards, including Victoria’s Business of the Year, Australia and Victoria's Best Pool Designer for 2025 and 2024, alongside 33 individual SPASA accolades in 2025 alone - making it our most awarded year yet.
When it comes to creating your dream pool, we are the trusted experts.
I stay hands-on where it matters, but my focus is on steering the business forward - building a company known for exceptional pools, genuine care and strong relationships with clients, partners and our team.
Innovation sits at the core of how I work, and it’s helped our team achieve major recognition, including SPASA Australia’s Best Concrete Pool Builder for 2025 and Victoria’s Best for 2024 and 2025. But what I value most is our culture: supportive, hardworking and always pushing to do better. Laguna’s success comes down to our people, and I’m proud to lead a team that makes a real difference to the families we build for.
I help clients gain early clarity around their vision, ensuring they start their journey feeling informed and supported.
Inside the business, I’m focused on strengthening systems, refining processes and creating an environment where our team can thrive. I’m proud to have contributed to achievements such as SPASA Victoria’s Business of the Year 2025, and to support our award-winning staff as they grow in their careers.
My goal is simple. Elevate the client experience, keep improving how we work and maintain a workplace where people feel valued and confident in what they do.
With experience at one of Australia’s largest residential builders, I’m across all the details - from council requirements to trade coordination and clear communication.
My priority is how clients feel throughout the process. I stay in close contact, explain what’s coming next and aim to make the journey as simple and stress-free as possible. Success, for me, is when clients finish their build feeling heard, supported and excited about their new pool.
With over 20 years in the industry, my background began on the tools as a landscaper before moving into specialised pool construction. That hands-on experience shapes how I work, allowing me to guide clients with advice that is both practical and considered.
Working across both sales and operations, I help align client vision with construction outcomes - making sure what’s designed can be delivered seamlessly on site.
My focus is on the overall experience. From first conversation through to completion, I aim to make the process feel clear, well-managed and genuinely rewarding for every client.
My experience spans residential, commercial and industrial construction, managing builds from start to finish. I focus on keeping projects running smoothly on site - coordinating trades, maintaining quality and ensuring every stage is executed in line with our standards.
Clear communication and strong client relationships are central to how I work. I take a proactive approach, keeping clients informed and ensuring expectations are met at every stage.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors - camping, fishing and exploring remote locations - which reflects my practical, grounded approach on site.
You’ll usually find me roaming the office, greeting visitors or keeping the team company during their busiest days - occasionally stopping by each desk to check for snacks.
My job is simple - bring calm, make people smile and remind everyone to take a breather when things get hectic.
Whether I’m curled up under a desk or trotting over for pats, I like to think I play an important part in keeping business operations running smoothly.
