Set within a meticulously designed Middle Park property, this 15 x 2.5-metre Laguna lap pool and integrated spa exemplify conscious space planning. Designed by Studio 35 with the home built by Spence, the Laguna pool runs alongside the home’s main living areas, including the kitchen, dining, and lounge. The pool seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces with large windows that allow unobstructed views of the deep blue water from both the ground floor and upper levels – making the pool a striking centrepiece that enhances the home’s architectural lines.
The pool’s clever landscaping, with grass growing between pavers, mirrors its sleek design, adding texture and visual interest that complements the minimalist aesthetic. The stepped entry, featuring a shallow lounging area adjoining the lap pool and spa, provides both relaxation and functionality. This thoughtful integration with the adjacent grass area and alfresco BBQ zone creates a refined yet welcoming space for relaxation, socialising and year-round family enjoyment.
As always, Laguna’s expertise in pool construction in bringing this custom-designed pool to life is evident in the precision and quality of this project, which truly elevates the property’s luxurious outdoor appeal. Custom built allows for any pool design to be incorporated in all types of properties with no limitations.
