Selected as the premium builder of choice, Laguna was entrusted with a complete renovation of the SY21 Apartment Complex Pool and Spa in South Yarra, transforming an existing structure into a state-of-the-art aquatic facility. The 25 x 4-metre indoor lap pool and spa, meticulously designed and built by Laguna, combines luxury and functionality to elevate the resident experience within this iconic complex.
Lined with The Pool Tile Company’s CMC150 Pale Blue tiles, the pool shimmers with a soothing hue that perfectly contrasts with the sleek architectural lines of the space. The pool surrounds in The Pool Tile Company’s Travertino Grippa in Coastal Cream, not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also offers a slip-resistant, stain-resistant and durable surface ideal for daily commercial use.
Framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, the pool area is flooded with natural light, creating a seamless connection to the lush outdoor landscaping. The generous 25-metre length provides ample space for lap swimming, while the adjacent spa offers residents a place for relaxation and rejuvenation.
